Drood
I thought this was a great book. Like Dickens himself, it takes a long while for Simmons to get the plot all set up, but once you're into it, it is quite the engrossing read..... and it wanted me to start to want to read Wilkie Collins. I really highly recommend this book.

I have only delved a few pages in....but so far freaked,and spooked, and liking what I am reading. Will continue to plunge in,and let you know more later.
